Jumping Jazz Cats Is A Feline Parkour Party Game from Team17

Team17 Digital has partnered with developer Le Catnip Collective to unveil Jumping Jazz Cats, an exhilarating party game centred around our favourite furry friends. Designed for online play with up to 9 players, this chaotic platformer promises endless fun as players assume the roles of playful cats.

Originally teased at Gamescom 2024, Jumping Jazz Cats allows players to dive into a vibrant world filled with a variety of mini-games and thrilling races. With its emphasis on whimsical, light-hearted gameplay, this title offers a chance to sprint, jump, bounce, swing, skid, and slide alongside friends. The game also supports local multiplayer for up to four players through split-screen, making it perfect for in-person gatherings.

Set in the enchanting Ellington Estate—a jazzy cartoon mansion—players will navigate spiral staircases, explore cleverly designed rooms, and sidestep devious distractions. The environment is reminiscent of a whimsical city crafted from furniture, eager to challenge your cat’s agility. Players can choose from a delightful array of characters or even customize their own feline avatar. With an exciting blend of cooperative and competitive gameplay, players can expect to mix and match levels, mini-games, and tunes for unmatched variety.

Ann Hurley, General Manager of Team17 Digital, expressed her enthusiasm about the collaboration: “We’re excited to share that Team17 has partnered with Le Catnip Collective! Our developers showcased Jumping Jazz Cats at Gamescom this year, and the response was fantastic. We know that party game and cat lovers alike are going to enjoy finding out lots more about the game.”

While a specific release date has yet to be announced, Jumping Jazz Cats is slated to launch on PC via Steam, promising to bring joy and laughter to players around the world.
