Riot Games To Release A Mobile Exclusive Version Of Teamfight Tactics

Riot Games has just announced the launch of Golden Spatula, the latest addition to the Teamfight Tactics (TFT) franchise, designed exclusively for mobile users. Originally released exclusively in China, it is now set to come to the App Store and Play Store in Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore. With pre-registration now live, players can soon immerse themselves in this exciting new auto-battler strategy game that promises to deliver a unique blend of tactical depth and mobile accessibility.

What is Golden Spatula?

The release of Golden Spatula may raise some eyebrows as it introduces a different version of Teamfight Tactics. While both games share the same core mechanics, the metas and sets in Golden Spatula will be notably different from those in TFT. Much like the relationship between League of Legends and League of Legends: Wild Rift, the fundamental gameplay will remain similar, but Golden Spatula is designed to be faster-paced and more casual. The game will feature a more mobile-friendly and interactive interface, optimised for lower-end devices, ensuring that it caters to a broader audience.

Equipped with various items, including the coveted golden spatula, players will need to level up and star up their champions to maximise their chances of victory. The polished visuals and mobile-centric features set this game apart from its predecessors, providing a fresh experience tailored for both new players and TFT veterans alike.

A Long-Awaited Arrival

Kate Han, the Director of Game/Product Direction at Riot Games, expressed excitement about the game’s debut in Southeast Asia:

“We’re excited to finally bring Golden Spatula to players in Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore after hearing the demand from fans who have eagerly awaited its release since it launched in China. Golden Spatula is designed with mobile players in mind, offering a fresh and accessible strategy experience that’s easy to jump into but offers plenty of depth for those who love mastering auto-battlers. We can’t wait to see how players in Southeast Asia embrace Golden Spatula and build their own strategies to level up and win.”

Don’t miss your chance to be among the first to experience Golden Spatula. Pre-register now at goldenspatula.com and follow the game’s social media channels for updates on upcoming closed beta testing and launch events. Golden Spatula will also be showcased at the Thailand Game Show from 18-20 October, where attendees can enjoy live demonstrations and exclusive giveaways.
