The Game Awards 2024 has made a special presentation for all indie games and companies to showcase their upcoming 2025 titles, as a way to hype up tomorrow’s The Game Awards 2024 livestream at 8:30am GMT+8. Also, these titles might drown under the weight of potential megaton bomb news tomorrow, so it’s good that there’s a dedicated segment to the small-time titles and creators via the Day of the Devs showcase.

Here are all the games announced at the Day of the Devs presentation, whether it’s brand-new titles or release dates for already-announced indie fares.

Demon Tides

The sequel to our favourite 2019 3D platformer Demon Turf, this brand-spanking fresh-looking open world 3D platformer brings back kid protagonist Beebz as she explores a new and lovely (and treacherous) oceans of Ragnar’s Rock. The game will be out in 2025 for PC.

• Create and share graffiti that will appear in other player’s worlds! Make something pretty, hint towards a secret nearby or troll the players with lies you little rascal!

Bionic Day

This platformer features an “innovative swap mechanic” with a physics system. Out 13 March 2025 for PC and PlayStation 5.

1-bit graphics plus a narrative-driven satire on television, this story game from the folks behind Untitled Goose Game (House House) will probably tickle your fancy if you want to see monochrome FMV games.

Ultimate Sheep Raccoon

A new bike-racing party game for PC and consoles in, you guessed it, 2025.

From Chinese developer Veewo Games come a sequel to the pretty fun roguelike action title Neon Abyss. Part 2 will be out as an Early Access title for PC (Steam) in 2025.

This new roguelite exploration and vehicle shooter title is out right now on PC (Epic Games Store).
