The fifth episode of Star Wars Skeleton Crew is now streaming on Disney+ Hotstar.
You can head on over here for my spoiler-free review of Star Wars Skeleton Crew.
Check out our breakdown of Star Wars Skeleton Crew Episodes 1 and 2, Episode 3 and Episode 4 here.
Created by Jon Watts and Chris Ford, the brand-new Star Wars story introduces a crew of murderous pirates in the era of the New Republic and six new characters — Jod (Jude Law), Wim (Ravi Cabot-Conyers), Fern (Ryan Kiera Armstrong), KB (Kyriana Kratter), Neel (Robert Timothy Smith), and SM-33 (Nick Frost) — on a rollicking journey among the stars.
It’s been a good year for Star Wars fans. Star Wars The Bad Batch Season 3 premiered in February 2024, Star Wars Tales Of The Empire in May 2024 and Star Wars The Acolyte in June 2024.
Check out my spoiler-free review of Star Wars The Acolyte by heading over here. Check out my breakdown of Star Wars The Acolyte Episodes 1 and 2, Episode 3, Episode 4, Episode 5, Episode 6, Episode 7 and Episode 8 here.
According to Jod Na Nawood, Tak Rennod was one of the most notorious pirates in the galaxy and he disappeared while searching for the treasure of At Attin.
They will be able to find the next clue to the coordinates to At Attin on this planet because this was where Tak Rennod’s lair was located.
Another giant alien to add to the Star Wars canon.
He helps the Skeleton Crew find Tak Rennod’s lair.
So, At Attin is where they make Old Republic credits (money).
Wim finds a blue lightsaber amongst Rennod’s treasure but unfortunately, activates it the wrong way (it’s upside down).
The episode ends with the children escaping and Jod using his fake Force to grab the lightsaber.
Maybe it belonged to a High Republic Jedi? Maybe we’ll learn more in the future.
Until next week, may the Force be with you!
