The Texas Chain Saw Massacre Game Adds Leatherface From The Bad Remake
By Alleef AshaariVerified|January 23, 2025|0 Comment
Gun Interactive and Art Bully Studios have revealed that the Leatherface from the 2003 The Texas Chainsaw Massacre remake will be added as a cosmetic skin in the The Texas Chain Saw Massacre game.
2003 Leatherface, whose look was crafted by special effects artist Scott Stoddard, has been combed over obsessively to ensure that this unique version of Leatherface is perfectly captured in game. Bigger in stature, donning leather bracers, and equipping a new chainsaw, 2003 Leatherface is as menacing, grimy, and gritty as ever. Special attention was paid to accurately deliver the look of this mask. Multiple layers of skin from Leatherface’s victims are overlaid one another with leather cord tying them together. Players can expect to unlock a new execution with 2003 Leatherface as well.
Content Pass holders will automatically unlock 2003 Leatherface and he will be on sale for for non-content pass holders on Tuesday, 28 January 2025.
The Texas Chain Saw Massacre is available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PC via Steam and the Microsoft Store, as well as Game Pass on Xbox and PC.
2003’s The Texas Chainsaw Massacre remake was directed by Marcus Nispel (in his feature directorial debut) and starred Jessica Biel, Jonathan Tucker, Erica Leerhsen, Mike Vogel, Eric Balfour, and R. Lee Ermey. There’s a reason why the movie is largely forgotten and that’s because it was not received well at all.
