Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves Character Roster Fully Leaked; Including Season 2 and Season 3 DLC

Developers should not leave their full game code onto public betas lest they want the public to crack them and find hidden secrets. Such is the case of SNK’s Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves, which had its entire roster leaked.
A thread on ResetEra has revealed a datamined list of Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves characters, showing off names not officially announced yet. Let’s just say we have a combination of expected characters, some fun additions and long-awaited requests, and surprises in tow from other SNK fighting titles. Mr. Big in Season 1’s DLC is kind of a dead giveaway of where the DLC for the game can go to.
We’ll put the list of unannounced characters right after this spoiler warning since this isn’t official yet.
Here is the full list of unannounced characters and their significance. There’s also a good chance that these are character models for the game’s Story Mode, so they may not even be playable (yet).
-Kim Jae Hoon (other son of Kim Kaphwan; the more diligent one who follows his father’s trademark Taekwando moves but with flames).
-Freeman (serial killer from Garou: Mark of the Wolves. Has similar “slash” moves to Iori, so he might have inherited Orochi powers).
-Two extra slots with no names yet.
Along with two other unannounced characters, these two round up the playable fighters in the base roster. We also have two other additions who may be boss characters or secret playable characters:
-Nightmare Geese (boss version of Geese Howard, long dead in the Fatal Fury series since Real Bout: Fatal Fury).
-Fallen Rock (most likely the evil version of Rock Howard, and a boss character).
It turns out Geese Howard is still dead in the story, though he will be made playable in Fatal Fury COTW at some point, probably as free DLC like Omega Rugal and Goenitz in The King of Fighters XV.
Now onto the potential DLC characters in the leak:
-Blue Mary (Sambo Commando fighting-style character; close with the Fatal Fury trio of heroes and possible beau of Terry Bogard).
-Rick Strowd (Native American casino show boxer from Real Bout Fatal Fury 2).
-Alfred (Pilot who fights using gliding techniques and energy attacks; debuted in Real Bout Fatal Fury 2).
-Ryo Sakazaki (Art of Fighting protagonist; has moves similar to Street Fighter’s Ryu but evolved and updated over time to be more brawler-like).
-Duck King (Fatal Fury 1 Blanka-style rolling charge character, but cooler and more hip. An actual DJ who has ducklings following him. Also his Real Bout theme song is something else.)
-Wolfgang Krauser (Fatal Fury 2 big boss. Unlike his half-brother Geese Howard, he’s not completely evil and is just in it for strong opponents and the fight. He also is the creator of the Kaiser Wave technique which Rugal stole for KOF.)
That is an epic list of upcoming characters. Personally, I’m a fan of all these Fatal Fury characters coming back after a hiatus from lord-knows-how-long, particularly Rick Strowd, Alfred, Duck King, and Krauser.
Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves will be out in 21st April for PC and consoles. For more on the game, check out our overview.
