Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Battle Destiny Remastered Gets Definitive Release Date
Bandai Namco Entertainment Asia has announced Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Battle Destiny Remastered, which will launch for the Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam on 22 May 2025.
The remastered version of Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Battle Destiny, originally released in 2012, is set in the world of the Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Series and covers the period from C.E. 71 to C.E. 73. As a soldier on the battlefield, players fight through these turbulent times. Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Battle Destiny Remastered retains the same gameplay with improved graphics and enhanced system and operational aspects to make it more enjoyable for new-gen consoles.
Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Battle Destiny Remastered includes Story Missions, which consists of missions faithfully reproducing famous scenes from the original Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Series, as well as the original missions. Players can choose to belong to one of the three factions: the Earth Alliance, Z.A.F.T, or the Archangel. By fighting alongside or against popular characters, players can relive battles in the C.E. era.

With over 100 mobile suits unchanged from the era, players can “tune” their favourite suits and challenge powerful enemies.
The UI has been revised to match current-generation systems. Along with the battle scenes, tuning and mission selections have improved operability across the board. Additionally, new features such as lock-on mode have been added for a more comfortable and enjoyable experience.
