Watch The Incredibly Anime Opening Of Scarlet Nexus
Bandai Namco just revealed the opening animation of its upcoming anime action RPG Scarlet Nexus, and it’s as anime as it can possibly be.
Character teasers during the OP song’s verses? Check. Action bits in the chorus? Check. Both the game’s heroes Yuito and Kasane fighting each other for a few seconds? Check.
The animation is done by Sunrise while the song is “Dream in Drive” by Japanese rock band The Oral Cigarettes. Whether the game will stick to anime tropes or not, we’ll have to find out when Scarlet Nexus comes out 25th June for PS5, Xbox Series, and PC.
