New Hatsune Miku Song Celebrates Upcoming Magic The Gathering Expansion
By Alleef AshaariVerified|February 4, 2022|0 Comment
Yesterday, Wizards Of The Coast teased a Magic The Gathering Hatsune Miku collaboration. Now, we know what it actually entails. An original song by the Japanese Vocaloid virtual idol to celebrate the upcoming release of the Magic The Gathering Kamigawa Neon Dynasty expansion, which will launch on 18 February 2022.
Hatsune Miku sings “Connected” by Mwk, an original song created especially to celebrate the release of Kamigawa Neon Dynasty. The expansion takes place in Kamigawa, a futuristic world inspired by traditional Japan. Miku herself also makes an appearance in the music video, made in a collaboration between Crypton Future Media and game publisher Wizards Of The Coast.
However, according to the official Twitter account for Hatsune Miku, she won’t actually appear in the game itself or in a card.
Miku sings "Connect" by Mwk for the upcoming release of "Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty", a card expansion set from popular TCG "Magic: The Gathering." Although Miku is not actually featured in the game, she seems at home in the futuristic world of "Kamigawa"! https://t.co/PjWVGCl4Qf pic.twitter.com/7nCqos5NWP
