Assassin’s Creed Mirage Guide, Tips & Best Skills: Becoming A Master Assassin
By Alleef Ashaari|October 5, 2023|0 Comment
Assassin’s Creed Mirage is out now for the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and PC. Head on over here for our full review.
Here are some tips and tricks to get started in 9th-century Baghdad:
In Assassin’s Creed Mirage, pickpocketing is one of the main gameplay mechanics in the game. However, by default, every time you pickpocket, you’ll have to perform a QTE check to successfully complete the pickpocket.
If you prefer not to make things easier, you can actually turn off the QTE requirement and make it so that you only have to press a single button for an instantly successful pickpocket every time.
Here’s how to do that:
Pickpocketing is important not only for certain quest items or collectibles, but they’re also a good way of getting the various tokens you need to pass dialogue or bribe checks in the game. In Assassin’s Creed Mirage, there will be many instances during dialogue where the only way to persuade them is to offer a token, and these tokens come not only from missions but also pickpocketing.
Just like in previous Assassin’s Creed titles, players can use the Eagle Vision to highlight items in the environment such as enemies, opportunities, keys to find and even quest beats. It’s really easy to miss small quest items or keys if you don’t use Eagle Vision. So, if you’re lost, always try out Eagle Vision. Eagle Vision is also useful to determine if there are any chests to loot in the area.
In the skill tree, you can actually reset and refund skill points at any time without any cost. So, feel free to experiment with and change abilities to suit the situation, especially earlier on when you have few skill points to spare. However, keep in mind there are selected abilities that can’t be refunded, like if you use your skill points to unlock a new Tool.
