Malaysia Is The First SEA Country To Get The Official LEGO Website

For the first time in Southeast Asia, shoppers in Malaysia can experience unlimited play and benefits with the launch of an all-new shoppable LEGO.com website. From exclusive sets to special promotions that will kick off on 1 November 2023, LEGO.com will now be the one-stop destination for all things LEGO sets related and directly from The LEGO Group.

With the launch of LEGO.com, assess key LEGO sets at your fingertips, including hard-to-find sets. These include 21343 Viking Village for those with a passion for medieval history, 21342 The Insect Collection that enables one to connect with their passions for nature as they build detailed, posable, life-size models of three extraordinary insects, and 21335 Motorised Lighthouse, featuring a lighthouse tower with motorised rotating light, custom-designed Fresnel lens elements and a cottage with a glowing fireplace. At the same time, a seamless LEGO experience awaits from next year when shoppers can have a frictionless journey from discovery to purchase, online and offline.

Alongside the launch of LEGO.com, The LEGO Group will also introduce its flagship membership programme – LEGO Insiders. A loyalty programme for LEGO fans where play is rewarding and everyone is welcome, there are now more ways to celebrate being a LEGO fan including earning points when sets are purchased on LEGO.com and earning even more when one registers their existing and new sets that were launched since 2019. Simply scan the unique QR code* on the instruction manual for each set, to earn 20 Insider Points per scan. Points can be redeemed in the LEGO Insiders Reward Centre for discounts on sets, member-only merchandise, cool collectibles, and more.

There are also fun activities for the whole family and the opportunity to be the first to hear about great offers and new products, plus join a community with other LEGO fans to share builds, learn more about sets and designers, and connect with other LEGO fans. From exclusive events to unlocking hidden perks such as special gifts with purchase, digital downloads, and unique content, to early access to the most desirable new sets and limited-edition products, with LEGO Insiders there’s something for everyone.

All LEGO Insiders members can look forward to receiving an Opening Special gift-with-purchase (GWP)  LEGO Delivery Truck when they make minimum purchases of RM350 on LEGO.com in Malaysia, while stocks last. The LEGO Delivery Truck comes with a printed LEGO tile and a LEGO minifigure.

Other gifts with purchase include the 40609 LEGO Christmas Fun Add-on Pack with a minimum purchase value of RM230 only for LEGO Insiders, or 40595 LEGO Ideas Tribute to Galileo Galilei with a minimum purchase value ofRM610, while stocks last. The LEGO Christmas Fun Add-on Pack features 146 colourful Christmas-themed elements that can add a festive twist to one’s LEGO creations, while the Tribute to Galileo Galilei will pay tribute to the legendary astronomer with the intricate set featuring a research room with buildable telescope, rotating heliocentric model and more.

Natali Stojovic, Head of LEGO Retail, Senior Vice President, said:

“The launch of LEGO.com in Malaysia demonstrates our commitment to our LEGO fans in Southeast Asia as they can now have unlimited play experiences directly with the brand and many exclusive benefits that only LEGO.com as a brand-owned platform can provide. We look forward to further inspiring and developing builders of tomorrow in Southeast Asia through creative LEGO play experiences both online and offline,”
