It’s time for an electrifying treat! The popular cookie brand, OREO teams up with The Pokémon Company to introduce a limited-edition cookies series and themed merchandise, set to hit shelves across Malaysia starting February 2024.

The collection features a diverse array of 16 Pokémon-embossed OREO cookies such as Pikachu, Bulbasaur, Charmander, Squirtle, Sandshrew, Jigglypuff, Lapras, Dratini, Cyndaquil, Sableye, Piplup, Snivy, Pancham, Rowlet, Grookey, and the rarest of all, Mew. Finding Mew will allow you to win exciting prizes like an OREO Pokemon two-dimensional lamp and an OREO Pokemon metal coin set.

All the cookie designs are randomly packed, giving the element of surprise to fans and customers in collecting all 16 Pokémon cookie designs. These cookies come in various flavours: Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry, and the exclusive Chocolate Banana.

But that’s not all! The cookie series also includes 16 OREO photocards featuring different Pokémons in the franchise. Collectors can acquire them by purchasing the OREO multipacks, available only while supplies last.

To celebrate the launch, OREO will host an event at Sunway Pyramid from 22 to 25 February and at Sunway Velocity from 7 to 10 March 2024. The event is a must-attend occasion for Pokémon fans as there will be tons of Pokémon-themed activities and a special meet & greet with the adorable Pikachu. It is open to the public, so be the first ones to discover the flavourful fun of Oreo x Pokémon.

Fans can also participate in a “Buy to Win” promotion, where customers purchase a minimum of RM15.00 of any OREO Pokémon products which gives them a chance to redeem special collectibles. Those who are interested in being part of catching Mew can join the #FindMew contest, which offers exciting prizes such as an OREO Pokémon two-dimensional lamp and a metal coin set. To participate:

• Purchase any of the OREO Pokémon products.
• Find the Mew design on the cookie.
• Capture a photo of the Mew design and submit it at this LINK with your details.
• Share the photo on Facebook and Instagram with the hashtag #FindMew and tag @oreo.mysg.

Please note that submission must be made between 1 March – 31 May 2024 and must be sent to the official OREO Pokémon Microsite. Participants have to make sure that the photo is unedited and without any filter. Lastly, the last step of the entry is the image post must be set to public.
