Warhorse Studios Unveils The Continuation of Their Medieval Epic – Kingdom Come: Deliverance II

Warhorse Studios has finally announced Kingdom Come: Deliverance II, the highly anticipated sequel to the beloved action-adventure RPG. Returning to the tumultuous backdrop of 15th-century Bohemia, players will once again step into the shoes of Henry of Skalitz, portrayed by the talented Tom McKay, on a journey fraught with revenge, betrayal, and self-discovery.

Six years after the original Kingdom Come: Deliverance captured the hearts of players worldwide, Warhorse Studios is poised to deliver another unforgettable experience. With advancements in technology and gameplay mechanics, Kingdom Come: Deliverance II promises to push the boundaries of the genre even further.

A Hero’s Journey Continues

The presentation kicks off with a poignant reminder of the protagonist at the heart of the series, Henry. Voiced by Tom McKay, Henry emerges as a relatable figure thrust into extraordinary circumstances. As the video unfolds, viewers are treated to glimpses of Henry’s quest for vengeance against those who wronged him, offering a tantalizing taste of the adventure that awaits.

Luke Dale, who voices Sir Hans, joins McKay in providing insight into the development of Kingdom Come: Deliverance II. Reflecting on the journey from the humble beginnings of the original game to the ambitious sequel, the creators express their excitement for what lies ahead. With a team of 250 dedicated individuals behind them, Warhorse Studios is poised to deliver an experience that surpasses expectations.

Expanding Horizons

One of the most notable aspects of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 is its expanded scope. The game world is now twice as large as its predecessor, offering players a vast and diverse landscape to explore. From bustling cities to serene countryside, every corner of medieval Bohemia beckons with beauty and intrigue.

Central to the Kingdom Come experience is the freedom for players to shape their own destiny. Whether through combat prowess, diplomatic finesse, or cunning stealth, every decision leaves its mark on the world. The game’s intricate crime system ensures that actions have consequences, fostering a sense of immersion unparalleled in the genre.

In true RPG fashion, players will have the power to shape Henry’s destiny and influence the world around them. Customize his appearance, skills, and equipment to suit your playstyle. Whether mastering the art of swordplay, honing your archery skills, or engaging in the intricacies of blacksmithing, every choice you make will leave a lasting impact on the world.

In addition to its rich gameplay, Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 boasts a captivating musical score by composer Jan Valta. With its stirring melodies and evocative themes, the soundtrack promises to elevate the player experience to new heights.

Experience the visceral thrill of medieval combat with authentic first-person battles. Whether engaging in duels on foot, on horseback, or through stealthy tactics, every clash of steel feels intense and satisfying. Choose from a variety of weapons and combat styles to suit your preferences and dominate the battlefield.

Coming Soon to PC and Next-Gen Consoles

Kingdom Come: Deliverance II is set to release in 2024 on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X | S, powered by the cutting-edge CryEngine. Stay tuned for further updates and prepare to embark on an epic journey through the annals of history.

As the sun sets on the horizon of Medieval Europe, the stage is set for Henry’s next great adventure. Will you join him on his quest for vengeance and redemption? Only time will tell in Kingdom Come: Deliverance II.
