Fireshine Games and developer Pulsatrix Studios have made an electrifying announcement at Gamescom 2024. They revealed that their much-anticipated project, A.I.L.A., will be released for PC in 2025.
A.I.L.A. is a first-person psychological “techno-horror” game that plunges players into a near-future world. The game follows the journey of Samuel, a beta tester for a groundbreaking AI named A.I.L.A. Samuel is tasked with surviving eerie scenarios that tap into various horror subgenres, each offering a unique playstyle and atmosphere. Players will face challenges such as evading a ritualistic cult, engaging in medieval combat against the undead, and solving hazardous puzzles, all while navigating the blurred lines between the virtual world and reality.
Players can expect to confront a ritualistic cult, engage in visceral combat against the undead, and solve hazardous puzzles, all while contending with the blurred lines between the virtual world and reality. Powered by Unreal Engine 5, the game promises an immersive, photorealistic experience, utilizing advanced graphical technologies to immerse players in its twisted worlds.
Rob Feather, Product Manager at Fireshine Games, expressed excitement for horror fans to experience A.I.L.A., describing it as a multi-genre horror adventure that will both terrify and captivate players, offering an unpredictable narrative journey that defies expectations.
Although there is no release date yet, A.I.L.A can be wishlisted now on Steam.
