PUBG Mobile Now Has A Symbiotic Relationship With Sony Pictures

PUBG Mobile is back at it again with its blockbuster collaborations, this time with Sony Pictures in commemoration of Venom: The Last Dance, the much-anticipated third and final film in the Venom trilogy. Starting on 18 October, players will get to harness Venom’s powers through exciting in-game events and features.

This special collaboration lets players tap into the symbiote’s might with new gameplay elements, such as the Black Symbiote Arm, Black Symbiote Warhorses, and Black Symbiote Clusters, all offering unique ways to dominate the battlefield. To sweeten the deal, exclusive Venom-themed rewards will be up for grabs throughout the event.

What’s in store?

  • Black Symbiote Arm: Cover your arm in a symbiote for special movement abilities. You can latch onto objects like trees and buildings to zip across the map or pull in enemies and loot crates. For extra mobility, you can launch yourself long distances by grabbing onto the ground.
  • Black Symbiote Warhorses: If you’ve got the Black Symbiote Arm, nearby horses or Warhorses can be transformed into powerful Black Symbiote Warhorses, offering increased speed and versatility. On horseback, you can wield the Black Symbiote Lance, a melee weapon that binds enemies with symbiote effects, adding a new strategic edge without direct damage.
  • Black Symbiote Clusters: Special locations scattered across popular maps like Erangel, Sanhok, Miramar, and Livik will house Black Symbiote Clusters, giving players easier access to the symbiote arm and warhorses.

The collaboration peaks with a special Venom-themed event running from 25 October to 10 November. This event will align with the release of Venom: The Last Dance in theatres, and players can score exclusive items like the Venom: The Last Dance avatar, avatar frame, parachute, and home statue.

In Venom: The Last Dance, Tom Hardy reprises his role as Eddie Brock, bringing Venom’s intense saga to a close. With both Venom and Eddie on the run, their final battle promises to be a heart-pounding conclusion to the trilogy, and this collaboration offers fans a chance to experience the film’s epic finale in a whole new way.
