Detective Conan Major Exhibition Coming to KL this December

Malaysia is gearing up to host the highly anticipated Detective Conan 30th Anniversary Exhibition, a spectacular tribute to one of Japan’s most beloved manga and anime series! Organized by ACO Media—known for their successful events featuring Jujutsu Kaisen and Crayon Shin-Chan—this exhibition will take place in Kuala Lumpur from early December 2024.

Celebrating three decades since its inception in 1994 in Weekly Shonen Sunday, the Detective Conan series, created by Gosho Aoyama, has enchanted audiences around the globe with its intriguing mysteries and unforgettable characters. With over 270 million copies sold, it stands as one of the best-selling manga series ever. The series has also made significant waves with its anime adaptations, films, and merchandise across 40 countries.

Attendees of the exhibition can look forward to an immersive experience segmented into various zones that will showcase the most iconic moments and themes from the series. While specific details about the exhibition activities remain under wraps, previous exhibitions have featured exclusive photo spots with unique artwork, displays of original materials, and exclusive figurines of various sizes.

Plus, there will be an official merchandise shop where fans can purchase exclusive items like keyrings, badges, and apparel.

  • Dates: 6 December 2024 (Friday) – 16 February 2025 (Sunday)
  • Time: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM (Last entry at 9:30 PM)
  • Venue: Pavilion Bukit Jalil, Level 2 (Pink Zone), Lot 2.93.00
  • Ticket Sales Begin: 22 November 2024, at 11 AM

Fans eager to attend should bookmark the ticketing website, as only Early Bird and Special Package tickets will be available online initially. General Admission tickets will go on sale starting 6 December and can only be purchased on-site.
