Palworld’s December Update Brings A Massive New Island

Pocketpair has revealed that Palworld, the open-world survival game blending crafting and monster collection, is set to receive a major update this December. The highlight? A mysterious new island that dwarfs Sakurajima, the previous update’s addition, with a landmass six times larger. While the exact release date hasn’t been confirmed, the scale of this update promises exciting new challenges.

What’s New?

The new island isn’t just vast—it’s the most perilous environment in Palworld to date. Expect powerful tower bosses and fearsome new species of Pals lurking throughout its terrain. Pocketpair has teased a wealth of fresh content to explore, with details trickling in via their YouTube channel and official social media as the launch approaches.

If you’ve been curious about the game, now’s a great time to jump in—Palworld is currently 25% off during the Steam Autumn Sale.

Terraria Collaboration Coming in 2025

In other news, Palworld has announced an exciting crossover with the iconic adventure game Terraria, which has sold over 60 million copies worldwide. Details remain under wraps, but fans can look forward to this collaboration next year.

Palworld is available now on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Xbox One, and PC via Steam and the Microsoft Store. It’s also part of Game Pass, making it even easier to dive into its vibrant world of survival and Pals.
