Ubisoft’s Version Of A Open-World Zelda Game Will Be Out December
Ubisoft, a company known for its recent transgressions in the workplace, will be announcing the release date of its upcoming action-adventure game Immortals: Fenyx Rising, previously known as Gods & Monsters. Turns out that reveal has been leaked somewhat.
According to Twitter user Wario64, the game’s release date is 3rd December for Xbox One (and most likely PC and PS4) thanks to a leak on the Microsoft Store. It’s been taken down, but here’s a tweet with screenshots to prove it.

The action-adventure game will star a warrior named Fenyx who wields n”the powers of the gods like Achillies’ sword and Daidalos’ wings to battle powerful enemies and solve ancient puzzles. You’ll get to fight bosses like Medusa and Cyclops, as well as combat them either in the air or on the ground. The screenshots with the main character getting wings aren’t for show: it’s part of the design.
Just like its obvious inspiration The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Immortals is an open-world game with seven regions inspired by the gods. How will it look in motion? Well, we’ll have to find out next week in the next Ubisoft Forward. The game seems to emanate an all-ages vibe, which is more than what we can say for the publisher’s image right now.
