What’s in Store for Fallout 76’s Future Post-Release?

We’re only one day away from the release of Fallout 76 for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on November 14, 2018. In a recent post, Bethesda announced that it’s already planning post-release updates, some of which the developer has revealed.

Thanks to the participation of gamers in the Fallout 76 B.E.T.A., the developer has pinpointed key areas that it will be addressing in post-launch updates, including improvements and new features:

The following are post-release Fallout 76 updates revealed so far:

  • C.A.M.P. building improvements
  • New Quests
  • New events
  • New Vault openings
  • The option to respec characters
  • The addition of a faction-based PvP system

It’s clear that Bethesda is listening to community feedback after complaints arose due to the unavailability of character respeccing in Fallout 76. Many massive games now offer the ability to respec characters, so that players will be able to experiment with a variety of different playstyles without resorting to a new game.

Besides that, the addition of a faction-based PvP system will spice up the gameplay, and provide motivation for players to actually build their own communities within the game. Confirmed factions include fan-favorites Brotherhood of Steel, Enclave, and Raiders, as well as two brand new factions; the Free States and the Responders.

We’ll have more details and information once the game releases on November 14, 2018. Stay tuned to Kakuchopurei for more on Fallout 76 soon!
