Overwatch Goes Free To Play For A Short Time So You Can Try Out The New Event

Blizzard recently unveils Overwatch‘s new event, Storm Rising, and to celebrate that, the game has gone free-to-play from today until 23 April.
The free trial offers all the heroes, including Overwatch‘s 30th hero Baptiste, as well as all 27 maps of the game. Players will be able to level up and collect loot and keep any progress made during the trial if players decide to purchase the game on the same Blizzard account or console.
To make matters more exciting, the game is on sale until 29 April. From the Blizzard online store, you can grab Overwatch‘s standard PC edition for 24% off for US$14.99 (RM62) or the legendary PC edition for 51% off for US$19.99 (RM82).
If you already have the game, you can upgrade your standard edition to the legendary edition for 78% off the usual price which will net you some bonus skins.
This flash sale, as well as the free trial, is all thanks to the game’s latest PvE event, Storm Rising, in which Tracer, Genji, Winston and Mercy travels to Cuba to capture the Omnic Talon boss Maximilien before he disappears again.
