E3 2019: Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey Out This August
Patrice Désilets, the man who created Assassin’s Creed, will have his upcoming 10,000 B.C. action adventure game Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey out later on 27th August.
This was revealed during the E3 PC Gaming Show 2019 where the creator talked about the game in full length. The action game lets you, the ape, find food and live a dignified life while surviving and fending off creatures who want to make you their next meal.
Not only will you be surviving in the jungle, but you’ll also be surviving in the savanna. You can evolve your ape as you play through the game. The best part? The game doesn’t give you tutorials so you’ll need to figure out how to hunt, fish, and steal honey from beehives all by your ape self.
You can also grow your own clan and create your own generation of apes over eight million years if you survive well on solo play. All in all, it’s quite an ambitious game; let’s hope it lives up to its promises when it’s out later this year.
