E3 2019: Blood-Savvy Action RPG Code Vein Out This September
If you love your Dark Souls-type action RPGs laced with a lot of sci-fi post-apocalyptic anime narrative and aesthetics, you should look forward to Bandai Namco’s Code Vein.
The game finally has a concrete release date: 27 September. That’s almost the same date as the last time they announced their previous release date, last year. We do hope they mean it this time around.
Our resident RPG fella Mr Toffee played the game a week or so ago; he said he enjoyed it despite the game showing its Soulsborne colours a bit too on-the-nose. The game’s combat is flexible, fun, and challenging most of the time, and the game’s graphics, frame rate on consoles, and music score are top-notch.
