E3 2019: Rainbow Six Quarantine Is A 3-Player Co-Op Shooter With A Horror Twist

During its E3 2019 press conference, Ubisoft officially announced Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Quarantine, a sort of spinoff to the mainline Rainbow Six Siege games. All we know about it so far is that it will be a 3-player co-op shooter with a horror/zombie twist, which is probably where the word ‘quarantine’ in the title comes in.

Ubisoft describes Rainbow Six Quarantine as being “to PvE co-op what Siege is to the PvP shooter genre”. It is likely that the upcoming game is somewhat based on the popular limited Outbreak mode from Siege‘s Year 3 content, especially since Siege Operators Ela and Vigil can be seen in the Rainbow Six Quarantine trailer.

Rainbow Six Quarantine is set to launch for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC sometime in early 2020. In the meantime, check out the trailer below.
