Here’s How You Can Get One Month Free Origin Access
By Burhanudin Zamri|October 25, 2019|0 Comment
Origin may not be everyone’s favourite PC games launcher but it still packs an impressive library of fun games. It’s also the primary storefront for some of EA’s major titles such as Battlefield V, Anthem, and The Sims 4, all of which you can play for free if you have Origin Access Basic.
Well, I’ve got great news. EA is taking part in the National Cybersecurity Awareness month and they’re offering one month of free Origin Access Basic for Origin users who turn on login verification. The offer ends on 31 October 2019 and users will get their Origin Access beginning on 1 November 2019.
Aside from being able to play a ton of games for free, Origin Access Basic will also allow you to play 10-hour free trials of upcoming games in early access. On top of that, you also get 10% on Origin purchases. It’s a pretty sweet deal.
To turn login verification, follow these steps:
1. Login your EA/Origin account in the EA website.
2. Click on your profile thumbnail on the top right corner and go to “Account Settings”.
3. Go to the “Security” tab and you’ll see one part that says “Login Verification”.
4. Click “Turn On” and follow the steps.
For those of you who already joined Origin Access on either Basic or Premier, worry not. If you turn on login verification, you won’t be charged for the month of November. If you’ve already turned on login verification prior to this, you’ll still get one month free Origin Access in November.
So what are you waiting for? Go get yourself one month free Origin Access!
