The Dragon Prince Season 3 Trailer Teases Impending War

We already know that The Dragon Prince Season 3 is slated to premiere later this month on 22 November 2019, but Netflix has given us a first glimpse at the upcoming new season with a brand new trailer that teases incoming conflicts and brewing war.

The Dragon Prince Season 3

The official description for The Dragon Prince Season 3 reads:

“The new season opens as Callum and Rayla finally enter the magical land of Xadia, and begin the last and most dangerous leg of their journey to reunite Zym with his mother, The Dragon Queen.

Meanwhile, Ezran returns to the kingdom of Katolis to take his place on the throne, only to be immediately pressured to go to war with Xadia.

Lord Viren, who is imprisoned and desperate, begins to realize the power of his new ally – the mysterious Startouch elf, Aaravos.”

Clocking in at nine episodes, The Dragon Prince Season 3 is only the third of seven planned seasons, according to creators Aaron Ehasz and Justin Richmond. The animated series is shaping up to be a great fantasy saga on its own, with deep and growing lore that’s ripe for further exploration in future seasons.
