Kingdom Hearts 3’s Producer Promises More Kingdom Hearts

To celebrate the release of the Kingdom Hearts 3 Re:Mind DLC, the Square Enix staff conducted a special “7 Light and 13 Darkness Q&A” session with series creator Tetsuya “loads of zippers” Nomura.

If you’re itching for more Kingdom Hearts after this DLC, you’re in luck. Nomura said that the Kingdom Hearts Union X team (ie: the mobile game) will be announcing a surprise this week. He also said that there are two new teams in operation, with one of them working on a title that will be announced soon.

He also answered other questions concerning the ever-expanding and head-scratching series.

  • No, he’s not sure if there is going to be a Kingdom Hearts 3 Final Mix.
  • No, there won’t be any Kingdom Hearts 3 DLC after Re:Mind. At least for now, because the team is focused on the next title.

Sounds like the future is looking bright for a lot of Kingdom Hearts fans and people who like batty-as-hell subtitles in their Square X Disney games.
