Apex Legends The Old Ways Event To Focus On Bloodhound’s Origin Story

Respawn Entertainment has announced that the Apex Legends The Old Ways event will be starting from tomorrow on 7 April to 21 April 2020. To celebrate the beginning of this new event, the developer has released a 10-minute Stories short film on the origin of Bloodhound.
The synopsis reads:
In a village that has rejected the hubris of machines, a child is sent into the wilds in a lethal rite of passage.
But they soon realize they are more hunted than hunter.
Learn the truth of the Old Ways and see a scared youth become the fearsome Bloodhound.

Apex Legends The Old Ways will re-introduce Duos and Trios, as well as a permanent map rotation that will allow players to jump in both Kings Canyon and Worlds Edge. The biggest highlight is the new Bloodhound’s Trials Town Takeover, where players will find themselves battling against prowlers and other players to grab high-tier loot.
As part of the Apex Legends The Old Ways Event, players will have the chance to complete daily challenges and earn exclusive cosmetics inspired by the Outlands: The Old Ways digital short seen above. It will deliver an all-new prize track with the following rewards:
Besides that, players can look forward to new exclusive skins via the direct purchase shop. Check out the schedule below, including the one for the returning Legendary Hunt skins:
