Step Aside Death Stranding, Here’s A Proper Delivery Man Sim

Gamers like to mock Death Stranding for being a FedEx, Delivery Man, Post Man, and Mail Man simulator. However, developer Gamious has actually made a game where the purpose is exactly that.

Lake is a serene and picturesque game where players deliver mail and get to know the town’s quirky locals in Providence Oaks, Oregon in 1986. The game actually combines free-roaming driving sim gameplay with story-driven point-and-click adventure elements.

Lake Game 1

Players assume the role of Meredith Weiss, who is taking a break from her career in the big city to deliver mail in her hometown. Players will experience those two weeks in the town, with branching narratives and different endings to look forward to.

Lake is slated to release for PC (on Steam) and unspecified consoles sometime in 2020. In the meantime, check out the trailer below.
