Cyberpunk 2077 Still Top Weekly Steam Sales Amidst Controversies
By Alleef Ashaari|December 21, 2020|0 Comment
Since launch, Cyberpunk 2077 has been bogged by controversy after controversy, with bugs and issues galore. The game has even been taken off the PlayStation Store, and CD Projekt Red is already offering refunds to disgruntled players.
However, none of that has stopped Cyberpunk 2077 from remaining on top of the Steam sales chart for five consecutive weeks in a row. That’s mighty impressive for a game that’s been plagued by problems.
Meanwhile, Kojima Productions’ Death Stranding re-enters the top best-selling Steam charts at number five, probably since it’s been on sale for 50 percent off since last week.
Supermassive Games’ Hades drops several places but remains in the top charts. That’s great for the indie game, which is one of our picks for best games of 2020.
