Insane Game Director’s Studio To Work On Star Wars Game

Quantic Dream, a game-making studio created by David Cage who is known for his insane movie game titles and fostering a pretty crappy work environment, might be working on a Star Wars game.

According to rumours from YouTuber Gautoz, the Star Wars game will most likely be in the style of the developer’s adventure titles, Quick Time Event prompts included. Quantic Dream has finished its deal with Sony and has now signed a new one with Disney to work on a Star Wars game. Multiple sources from our end have confirmed this Star Wars deal to be real; one of them correctly predicted the Battlefield 2042 November delay.

Previously, David Cage has mentioned that 2021 would be “an exciting year” for the studio; we’re guessing Disney will be announcing the Star Wars game later this year. On a related note, Ubisoft is working on an open-world Star Wars game, while Knights of the Old Republic is getting a remake. Guess the sci-fi IP isn’t dead despite its best attempt at killing itself to placate its various fanbase.
