Forza Horizon 5 Barn Finds Guide: How To Get All The Hidden Vehicles

Forza Horizon 5 is a helluva open-world racing game with way too much to do, and that’s good if you’re paying US$60 for a polished triple-A title of this magnitude.

One of the many activities you get to do is find barns all across Mexico. These barns house rare cars that you can’t find in the game’s Auto Showroom. There’s 14 of them: here’s how to get them.

How To Unlock Barn Find Vehicles

To locate Barn Finds, you need to wait for a Barn Find rumour to appear on the map as you drive all across Mexico, be it on the road or in the jungle/dirt/sand/agava plantation. Even if you drive at the right spot, the purple circle thingy won’t appear without its rumour appearing first. To have these rumours pop up, you just need to play through the game up until the end of the main campaign (via the Forza Adventure progression system).

With that said, here are the locations (via GameSpot)

  • 1973 BMW Turbo 2002 – West of Guanajuato
  • 1999 Dodge Viper GTS ACR South-central Gran Pantano
  • 1968 Dodge Dart Hemi Super Stock – Between Teotihuacan and Granjas de Tapalpa
  • 1968 Ford Mustang GT 2+2 Flashback – Between Guanajuato and Hotel Mirador Balderrama
  • 1967 Ford Racing Escort MK1 – Northwest of La Gran Caldera
  • 1956 Ford F-100 – South of Tierra Prospera
  • 1970 GMC Jimmy – Southeast of Atlantes de Tula
  • 1991 Jaguar Sport XJR-15 – Aerodromo en la Selva
  • 1973 Porsche 911 Carrera RS – Northwest of Colinas Aridas
  • 1968 Renault 4L Export – West of Gran Telescopio
  • 1993 Toyota #1 T100 Baja Truck – Southeast of De Otro Mundo
  • 1953 Chevrolet Corvette – Southwest of Los Jardines
  • 1959 Ferrari F40 Competizione – North of Pantano de la Selva
  • 1962 Ferrari 250 GTO – Northeast of Los Jardines

Once you’ve found a Barn, it’ll take some time before the car becomes yours since it’s been there and has seen better days. You can pay for the repairs to speed up the process, but that costs millions of credits. We suggest you just wait until it’s ready: there’s a lot to do in Forza Horizon 5 to keep you occupied.
